Tristan de Halleux

About

Originally Belgian, I grew up in San Francisco, was born in London, and spent a few years in Armenia before moving to New York.

I tend to get interested in things that sit between software and the physical world AI infrastructure, networks, industrial systems, physics, and products that change how people interact. I’ve founded and shut down a startup, built products for students at Columbia, and worked on AI infrastructure and optical networking in Palo Alto.

I try to complete one ambitious project per month, especially ones that force me to learn something outside my lane.

Outside of that, I ski, sail, run, cycle, am getting back into tennis, and make music.
